We use Amul / Mother dairy milk for shakes .
Our boys always wear gloves / caps / uniform.
We use paper disposable glass with cap & straw, which is very hygiene as compared to plastic glasses.
Pearlpet/ Flora kind of covered jars are kept to preserve cut fruits in refrigerator.
We cut only necessary fruit required as per approx consumption of the counter and avoid to keep cut fruit in stock.
Big size dustbin is kept for garbage.
Clearence of garbage is done after every 3 hours to maintain hygiene at counter.
